📖 Presentation of the album '51' in quartet format

The project originated from compositions written after Pablo Martín Caminero was invited by the NDR Big Band in Hamburg to conduct his own works. That orchestral scope is now adapted into an intimate quartet format, reshaping the arrangements without losing depth or audacity.

The album 51 offers an open panoramic view where jazz engages with flamenco and classical music, delivering fresh textures and seamless communication on stage.

🎶 A premier quartet at CentroCentro

Trained in classical double bass at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, Caminero heads a top-tier ensemble joined by Daniel Juárez on saxophone, Moisés P. Sánchez on piano, and Borja Barrueta on drums.

As JAZZMADRID turns Madrid into the European epicenter of the genre once again, CentroCentro brings together four acclaimed musicians who blend technical mastery, striking solo voices, and contemporary swing.

✨ An unmissable evening of contemporary jazz by one of Spain's finest double bassists.
