The activity offers an introduction to dance, and specifically flamenco dance, by exploring the expressive and acoustic possibilities of the body. Through playful exercises and practical tasks, participants will work on body awareness, coordination, rhythm, and the relationship between movement and music.
During the session, participants will explore the body's sonic resources, such as handclapping and footwork, discovering rhythm as an essential tool to dance and communicate through a participatory methodology adapted to all ages.
