📖 Between dogma and the impurity of movement

What traces of flamenco live inside a trap track or a Gregorian chant? Raising sharp questions about the body, memory, and heritage, the work reclaims traditional dances, stripping them of rigidity to celebrate hybridity and playfulness.

The staging intertwines flamenco with postmodern performance, creating an ongoing dialogue where improvisation and cultural inheritance are reshaped through humor, critical thought, and raw movement.

🎭 Laila Tafur and the 21distritos program

Trained in Reykjavik, Lisbon, and Barcelona's Institut del Teatre, Laila Tafur has received Best Dancer awards in Madrid and Maspalomas, balancing creation with teaching at the Superior Dance Conservatory of Málaga. She brings this avant-garde piece to the Pipo Velasco Youth Center through 21distritos.

ℹ️ Good to know: Free admission until capacity is reached. Recommended minimum age: 14 years. The performance contains nudity.

✨ A captivating choreographic deconstruction celebrating the rebellious and hybrid memory of dance.
