📖 Exploring our wild side through nature and art

This participatory workshop invites families to step into an imaginative forest setting to observe, listen, explore, and create together. Through an installation made of natural elements and the hands-on creation of an expressive mask, children and adults will reflect on what wild part still lives within us, what we cherish and wish to protect, and how we relate to the natural world around us.

🏛️ The Arte en familia initiative at Daoíz y Velarde

Centro Cultural Daoíz y Velarde hosts Arte en familia, a dedicated initiative conceived by Cazapeonzas focusing on open artistic play, dialogue, and collaborative experimentation between generations in an accessible community venue.

ℹ️ Good to know: Recommended for children aged 6 and over. Sessions last approximately one hour. Free admission with mandatory advance booking on the Madrid Destino website. All sessions include a Spanish Sign Language (LSE) interpreter. The venue is accessible for visitors with reduced mobility (features a platform lift to access the atrium) and offers adapted restrooms with children's sinks and baby changing facilities.

✨ A wonderful creative experience to reconnect with nature and enjoy art together as a family for free!
