Praised by Maestro Zubin Mehta for reaching the very top of her career with the harp, Cristina Montes Mateo won First Prize at the Torneo Internazionale di Musica in Rome and at the 32nd Valentino Bucchi International Harp Competition.

A guest soloist with the Munich Philharmonic, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, and Los Angeles Philharmonic, she also records Hollywood soundtracks for major films such as Avatar 2 and Ghostbusters.
