Monday 26 October 2026
Sunday 21 February 2027
Museo del Prado (Madrid)

Bridges, roads, harbours, mills and city walls appear in many Prado paintings, though we rarely notice them. This route invites you to look at the collection with an engineer's eye. 🌉🎨
It was created with the Fhecor Foundation, devoted to the history of engineering, and is included in general admission.

Twenty-nine works from the collection in which infrastructure plays a leading role: as the main subject, as the setting for everyday life, as historical record or as a symbol of progress.
