📖 Devotion meets raw reality on stage

Ever since he can remember, José Antonio has dreamed of being an actor. The problem is that he lacks any acting talent whatsoever. Despite his family urging him to quit, his passion persists while he works at a fish salting factory with his wife, Asunción. Everything shifts when he answers a newspaper ad for inexperienced actors and, against all odds, gets cast.

The plot intensifies with the arrival of an emerging director facing a major crisis, who turns José Antonio's life into material for an eccentric performative show testing the extremes of theatrical devotion.
